CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Please plan accordingly and arrive early to allow for parking. A 10-minute grace period is permitted. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and charged in full (100%). A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for: •No-show appointments •Cancellations made within 48 hours*of the scheduled appointment All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and are required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once within the same month, based on availability. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. This applies only to the same client and the same type of occasion. Studio Policy • No extra guests permitted.
